Knowledge Raven is a SaaS platform that stores and indexes company documents, making them searchable by AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowledge Raven shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
